Teaching thousands of yoga classes also teaches you a thing or two about paying attention to what's not being said. As a history major, I learned that power is about perception and context, years before I ever studied advertising. As an adjunct professor, I learned that no matter how powerful your communication is, if it's not authentic, people don't hear it.

I'm a California-based Art Director with over a decade of experience in agency, freelance, and in-house roles, and I've spent a lifetime collecting perspectives in unexpected places.

I've worked with clients in food, hospitality, real estate, and tech—becoming an armchair expert in everything from hot dogs to healthcare.

I've volunteered with organizations helping people and animals who need support I'm fortunate to take for granted. I believe every person is capable of moving mountains, if the conditions are right.

I'm currently at Esri leading a team of designers, and plan to keep going until the robots take over.
